 You tell us what you will use the computer for (Gaming,Work,etc) we will then show you a price and list of the parts then you pay for the parts wait for them to ship then when it is finished you pay the $50 for labor costs and the PC is yours. (The Delivery costs to ship the computer to you would be payed in addition to the labor costs.)

 You take your Computer to the Address and we clean it out for you and reapply thermal paste and an overall check up on the hygiene of the inside of your computer.   (The Delivery costs to ship the computer to you would be payed in addition to the labor costs.) 

 You send in your computer and we try to find the problem and fix it if its a broken part you pay for the part and we wait for it to be delivered and put it in and send it back or have you pick it up.   (The Delivery costs to ship the computer to you would be payed in addition to the labor costs.)
